USDA BioPreferred® Program

Managed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), a business with a biobased product that meets USDA criteria may apply for certification, allowing them to display the USDA Certified Biobased Product label on the product. This label assures a consumer that the product contains a verified amount of renewable biobased ingredients.


Cradle to Cradle Certified

A continual improvement process that looks at a product through five quality categories—material health, material reutilization, renewable energy/carbon management, water stewardship, and social fairness. A product may receive a Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum achievement level.
